Have your booking reference ready; it lets us find your trip straight away.
Check that the booking was made through Cheap Fare Flight. Tickets bought on an airline's own site or app are handled by that airline.
Note which travelers are affected and exactly what you want changed.
Never send card numbers or passwords by email, text or chat. We will never ask for them that way.

Booked directly with an airline? Please contact that airline — we can only act on bookings made through Cheap Fare Flight.
