What you can ask for

Depending on where you live, and in particular under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you can ask us to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with, and get a copy.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Advertising cookies, which some state laws treat as sharing, run only if you switch them on, and you can switch them off on the Cookie Preferences page or ask us here.

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or give you a lower level of service because you used these rights.

Verification and authorized agents

Before we act, we make sure the request really comes from you, normally by reaching out on the email or phone number tied to your booking. Hold off on sending ID documents; if we need one, we will tell you how to send it securely. Someone else can make the request for you as your authorized agent, as long as they can show you gave them permission.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request and reply within the time the applicable law allows. Some information must be kept for legal, tax or accounting reasons, or because an airline booking is still active; if so, we explain why. Questions can be sent to contact@cheapfareflight.us.
