How Cheap Fare Flight works, what it charges and how your data is handled. Each document shows when it was last updated.
Booking & fares
- Flight Booking PolicyAn agent books your flights. You get an itemized, all-in quote, say yes, pay, and receive the ticket once the airline issues it.
- Booking and Ticketing TermsYour booking is final only once the airline has issued the ticket, and the flight itself runs on the airline's own conditions of carriage.
- Service Fee PolicyAn agent's work on your booking is what our service fee buys. It is separate from the airline fare, included in the all-in total and shown to you before you pay.
- Payment PolicyNo payment before you approve a quote, never more than the approved total, and always through a secure third-party payment provider.
- Refund and Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel, the fare rules decide what comes back. If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, federal rules may require a refund, and where they do, you get it.
- Changes and Rebooking PolicyEvery change is priced as fare difference, plus any airline change fee, plus our service fee, and goes ahead only once you accept that price.
- Baggage InformationBag allowances and fees are set by each airline and fare. We show what your ticket includes and link you to the airline's own fee information.
- Airline Relationship DisclosureWe book seats with airlines for you as an independent agency. We do not speak for any airline and cannot act as its help desk.
- Complaints Handling PolicyTell us what went wrong. We log it, acknowledge it, investigate and reply in writing, and you keep every right to contact outside agencies.
