Our role
We work as your ticket agent, placing reservations with airlines as you direct. Flying you is the airline's job, as the carrier.
When a booking is confirmed
Your booking is final once the airline has issued an electronic ticket and you have the ticket number from us. Until then, a reservation can be dropped automatically by the airline, and its fare is not locked.
Conditions of carriage
Your flight is governed by the airline's conditions of carriage (sometimes called the contract of carriage) and fare rules, which apply alongside these terms. They cover check-in deadlines, baggage, denied boarding, delays and liability, and each airline publishes them on its own website.
Look over your ticket
When the ticket arrives, check names, dates, times, airports and cabin, and tell us straight away if anything is off. Once the trip has started, a mistake may be impossible to fix.
Fly the flights in order
Airlines usually expect the flights on one ticket to be flown in sequence. Skip one and the airline may cancel everything after it.
When the airline changes the schedule
Airlines retime and cancel flights. If that happens to a booking made with us and we hear about it, we contact you with your options, including any refund federal rules require. It is still worth checking flight status with the airline before you leave for the airport.
Check-in and boarding
Check-in, airport seat assignment and boarding are handled by the airline. Allow time for the security checkpoint and arrive by the airline's stated deadlines; missing them can mean losing your seat without a refund.
