Who these terms cover

You agree to these terms by browsing cheapfareflight.us or by sending Cheapfareflight, trading as Cheap Fare Flight ("we", "us"), a request to book or manage a flight. The other policies linked on this site fill in specific topics and count as part of these terms.

What we are

Cheap Fare Flight is an independent travel agency that arranges flights with airlines on your behalf. We are not an airline, we do not operate any flight, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline or government agency. See our Airline Relationship Disclosure.

The site today

Online booking on cheapfareflight.us is still being built. Any price the search shows is a sample made for demonstration, not an offer you can accept. The site does not issue tickets or take payments yet; an agent handles every booking and confirms the live fare with you before anything is charged.

How a booking comes together

You tell us the trip. We send back a written quote with the flights, the main fare conditions and one all-in total covering airline fare, taxes, government fees and our service fee. Nothing is booked until you accept that quote and your payment reaches us. The contract to fly you is between you and the airline, on the airline's conditions of carriage; our Booking and Ticketing Terms explain more.

What we ask of you

• Give each traveler's name exactly as it reads on the ID they will fly with, plus contact details that work.
• Read each quote and itinerary when it arrives, and flag mistakes quickly.
• Carry valid passports, visas and any other documents your route requires.
• Stick to the airline's rules on check-in times, bags and boarding.
• Keep your use of this site within the law and our Website Usage Policy.

Prices, fees and payment

As U.S. Department of Transportation full-fare advertising rules require, every total we quote already contains all mandatory taxes and fees, our service fee included. Optional airline extras, like bags and seats, are priced on their own. The fee and payment details sit in our Service Fee Policy and Payment Policy.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

When you decide to change or cancel, the airline's fare rules set what is possible and what it costs. Where federal rules require a refund, for example after an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, you get it. We only act on a quote you have approved. Where our responsibility ends

Our job is to set up your booking carefully and to carry out the instructions you approve. The flight itself is the airline's job: delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking and baggage handling fall under the airline's conditions and the law that applies to it. These terms do not take away any right that federal or state consumer protection law says cannot be waived.

Complaints and governing law

If something goes wrong, start with our Complaints Handling Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, and disputes are decided by the state and federal courts located in Delaware, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your own state.

Revisions

These terms can be revised from time to time. Your booking is covered by the version that was live on the day you approved your quote.
